For more demanding applications, especially in heavy industry or for large outputs (from 0.01 - 1000 m3 / h), new possibilities for using robust RATAJ® rotary spiral conveyors (Types RL, RLN, RLP, RLE, RLNE, RP, RPN, RRL, RRN, RLV and DU). Transport of very abrasive materials (corundum grit, gravel, sand, crushed aggregates, abrasive dust, building materials, coal, slag, etc.), transport of large grain materials (PET bottles, wood, wood chips, paper, biomass, etc.), transport sticky and wet materials (sewage sludge, soil, bentonite, etc.), transport of very fine and flowing materials (food powders, chemical materials, fly ash, etc.) are no obstacle for robust conveyors. With proper application and technical design we can solve the customer's often complex problem in comparison with other types of mechanical transport.
