The RATAJ® continuous shaftless balance combines the function of material transport and continuous weighing into one unit and saves costs for the investment of the conveyor and the balance.
The electronic weighing system with four strain gauges enables accurate monitoring of the amount of currently transported material with high accuracy. The amount of weighed material can range from a few kilograms per hour to several tens of tons per hour.
The same conditions apply to the design of a weighing shaftless spiral conveyor as to the installation of a conventional shaftless spiral conveyor.
