Conveyors for precise dosing
In case it is necessary to continuously monitor the amount of transported material, we are using the usual way of installing the weighing conveyor. By installing the weighing shaftless RATAJ® spiral conveyor, we can combine the function of material transport and weighing in one unit to save considerable resources for the conveyor investment and separate weight. An electronic weighing system with a strain gauge enables precise monitoring of the amount of material being transported with high accuracy.
The amount of material to be weighed can range from a few kilograms per hour to tens of tons per hour. The same conditions apply to the design of a weighing shaftless spiral conveyor as for the installation of a conventional shaftless spiral conveyor.
If we have an application for precise dosing of loose materials, we use our dosing system consisting of a dispenser hopper, a shaftless spiral conveyor and a vault disrupter. Both the conveyor and the breaker each have a separate drive.
